phspain FAQ — Answers for Filipino Players

Go to the phspain Register page, fill in your full name, date of birth, email address and Philippine mobile number, then set a strong password. After submitting, a verification code is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes a few minutes. Your phspain account runs entirely in PHP — no currency conversion at any point.

phspain accounts are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. This is a firm requirement — not a guideline. Age verification is completed before your first withdrawal is processed. If phspain determines during verification that you are under 21, the account will be closed and any remaining balance handled in line with phspain's Terms and Conditions.

No. Each player is permitted one phspain account only. Multiple accounts from the same person are a breach of the phspain Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, they will be closed and any balances reviewed. If you cannot access your existing phspain account, use the password reset option or contact support at support@phspain.app — do not open a new one.

On the phspain Login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your registered email address and phspain will send a password reset link. Check your inbox — including your spam folder. The reset link is time-limited, so use it promptly. If you no longer have access to the registered email address, contact support@phspain.app with your mobile number and full name for assisted account recovery.

Some details — such as your date of birth and full legal name — are set at registration and cannot be self-edited after verification, as they form part of phspain's identity verification record. Contact support@phspain.app for any corrections. Your mobile number and email address can typically be updated through your phspain account settings, subject to re-verification.

Contact phspain support at support@phspain.app to request account closure. Before your account is closed, any remaining PHP balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. If the closure request is related to problem gambling, phspain recommends considering self-exclusion instead — read the Responsible Gaming page for details.

phspain accepts the payment methods most commonly used by Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are in Philippine pesos (PHP). New payment methods may be added — check the phspain cashier for the current full list at the time of your transaction.

After logging in to your phspain account, navigate to the cashier or deposit section. Select GCash as your payment method and enter your desired PHP deposit amount. You will be directed through the GCash payment flow — confirm the transaction in your GCash app when prompted. Once confirmed, the PHP amount is typically credited to your phspain account within a few minutes. The GCash account used must be registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the phspain cashier at the time of each transaction. In general, phspain sets minimum deposits to keep the platform accessible for Filipino players across different budget levels. If you have set a personal responsible gaming deposit limit on your account, that limit will apply regardless of the payment method maximum.

Withdrawal processing times at phspain vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash and Maya are generally processed faster than bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to phspain's verification checks — first-time withdrawals require completed identity verification. Once approved by phspain, your PHP will be returned to your registered payment method. Contact support@phspain.app if a withdrawal remains pending beyond the expected timeframe.

No. All phspain deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits from another person's GCash, bank account or card — are not permitted under phspain's Terms and Conditions. Similarly, withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. This policy protects all phspain players from fraud and financial misuse.

First, check that the transaction was successfully completed on your payment provider's end — check your GCash or Maya transaction history for a confirmation. If your payment provider shows the transaction as completed but your phspain balance has not updated within 30 minutes, contact support@phspain.app with the transaction reference number, the amount in PHP, the date and time, and your phspain registered email address. phspain support will investigate promptly.

phspain covers a wide range of sports popular with Filipino players — basketball (including PBA and international leagues), football, volleyball, boxing, MMA, tennis, badminton and more. Visit the Sports Betting and Volleyball Betting sections to see the current markets available. Both pre-match and live in-play betting are offered on selected events.

phspain displays odds in the format most familiar to Filipino bettors. Odds reflect the probability of an outcome as calculated by phspain's pricing model. The lower the odds on a selection, the more likely phspain considers that outcome to be — but a lower-odds win also returns less PHP per peso wagered. Visit the Betting Odds section for a full explanation of how odds formats work and how to calculate potential returns on any phspain wager.

Yes. phspain offers live in-play betting on selected sports events. Markets update in real time as the match progresses. Live betting odds at phspain move quickly during active play, so decisions need to be made promptly once you have identified the market you want. Log in to your phspain account and check the Sports Betting section during major event schedules for currently available live markets.

If a match covered by phspain is cancelled before it starts, your stake is typically returned to your phspain account balance as a void bet. If a match is postponed, phspain's standard policy is to void bets if the event does not take place within a defined rescheduling window. Specific rules vary by sport and market type and are detailed in the phspain Terms and Conditions. Check your phspain bet history for the settlement status of any affected wager.

The phspain Live Casino section features real-dealer table games streamed in real time, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other popular titles. The full selection is visible after logging in to your phspain account and visiting the Live Casino section. New tables and game variants are added periodically — check the lobby for the current range.

Live casino games at phspain stream video in real time, so a stable internet connection produces the best experience. A 4G/LTE or fixed broadband connection typically handles phspain live dealer streams smoothly. If your connection is unstable, you may experience buffering or delayed video. phspain is accessible on mobile data — many Filipino players use phspain on their smartphones via Globe or Smart LTE without issues, provided signal is stable.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts for phspain Live Casino tables are displayed at the table before you take a seat. Different tables have different limits — some phspain baccarat tables, for example, cater to lower PHP minimum bets while others are set up for higher-stake play. All limits are displayed in PHP. Log in and browse the live casino lobby to find a table that suits your current budget.

phspain carries a selection of JILI titles — one of the most popular slot game providers among Filipino online players. The full list of available JILI games is in the phspain game lobby after login. Visit the JILI Slots page for an overview of featured titles. New JILI games are added to the phspain catalogue periodically.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the percentage of total wagers that a slot game pays back to players over a very large number of spins. For example, a JILI slot with 96% RTP will return ₱96 for every ₱100 wagered on average, across millions of spins. RTP is a long-term statistical measure, not a guarantee for individual sessions at phspain. Short sessions can result in outcomes well above or below the stated RTP. Use RTP as a comparison tool when choosing games — not as a profit forecast.

The phspain Card Games section includes table-style card games popular with Filipino players. The full selection is available in the phspain game lobby after login. Card games at phspain include both standard and localised game variants. All wagers are placed in PHP.

The phspain VIP Club does not require a separate application for standard tiers. Your account activity — deposits, wagers placed and game participation — is tracked from the day you register. When your activity reaches the threshold for a particular VIP tier, phspain will notify you of your status change and the benefits that apply. Visit the VIP Club page for current tier details and what each level unlocks.

phspain VIP Club benefits vary by tier and are detailed on the VIP Club page. Common VIP benefits at phspain include higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority customer support, personalised account management and exclusive member offers. Higher tiers at phspain unlock progressively more valuable benefits. phspain VIP benefits are reviewed and updated periodically — check the VIP page for the latest.

phspain VIP status is based on ongoing activity. If account activity drops significantly over a defined review period, your VIP tier may be adjusted downward. The specific thresholds and review periods are detailed on the phspain VIP Club page. Maintaining consistent, responsible play at phspain within your budget is the best way to keep and advance your VIP status.

phspain uses SSL encryption on all connections between your device and the platform, so your login credentials and personal data are transmitted securely. Passwords are not stored in plain text. phspain does not share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing and regulatory compliance — full details are in the phspain Privacy Policy.

Change your phspain password immediately using the account settings. Then contact support@phspain.app and describe what you noticed — unauthorised login, unexpected transactions or any other unusual activity. phspain support can review your account access history and take protective action. If you cannot login, use the password reset option on the Login page or contact support directly.

No. phspain staff will never ask for your password through any channel — not email, live chat, SMS or social media. If you receive a message claiming to be from phspain that asks for your password or payment details, do not respond and report it to support@phspain.app. Always access phspain through the correct URL — phspain.app — to avoid phishing sites.

phspain provides several responsible gaming tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), session time reminders, a take-a-break option (short-term account restriction) and self-exclusion (longer-term account closure). These tools are available through your account settings and phspain support. The Responsible Gaming page has full details on each tool and how to activate them.

To request self-exclusion from phspain, contact support@phspain.app and state that you want to self-exclude. Specify the period you need — phspain self-exclusion has a minimum duration, and once active it cannot be reversed early. Any available balance at the time of exclusion will be handled according to phspain procedure. Self-exclusion is a serious tool for players who feel their gaming is causing harm, and phspain honours it without question or judgment.

No. phspain is an entertainment platform — not a source of income. Every casino game and sports betting market at phspain has a built-in house advantage, meaning the platform retains a percentage of all wagers over time. Wins happen and are part of the entertainment experience, but consistent long-term profit from phspain gaming is not a realistic expectation. Always set a PHP budget from your discretionary leisure funds and play only what you can afford to spend. Read the full phspain Responsible Gaming guide for practical guidance.

Log in to phspain and go to the responsible gaming section in your account settings. Select the deposit limit option and enter your desired PHP cap per day, week or month. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases may require a waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive budget decisions from taking effect right away. Contact support@phspain.app if you cannot locate the setting.
