phspain Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1. Eligibility

Access to phspain and use of any service on the platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. phspain reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phspain. This is a firm minimum with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates or third-party agents may not register accounts under these terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing and using phspain services is lawful. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of phspain does not violate any law applicable in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to phspain or any related platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of phspain, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless expressly permitted in writing by phspain.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one phspain account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names or different payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phspain login credentials. Do not share your password, one-time verification codes or any access details with any other person, including family members.
• phspain will never ask for your full password through email, chat or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as unauthorised and reported immediately.
• You must notify phspain promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Any activity carried out through your account — including all wagers placed and deposits made — is your responsibility until phspain has been notified and has taken steps to restrict access.
• phspain may require identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing account monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, up to date. Outdated contact details can delay account recovery and verification processes.

3. Deposits and Payments

phspain accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) only. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — payments made using another person's GCash wallet, bank account, card or any other method — are not permitted.

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the phspain cashier at the time of each transaction.
• Deposit processing times vary. E-wallet deposits are generally credited quickly; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution and network conditions.
• phspain does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Review your provider's current fee schedule before initiating a transfer.
• Deposits made in error or amounts exceeding your intended stake cannot be returned automatically. Contact phspain support to discuss the available options before placing a wager with funds that were deposited unintentionally.
• phspain monitors deposit activity and may delay, hold or return funds where there is reason to believe a deposit is fraudulent, associated with prohibited activity or made from an unverified payment source.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from phspain are processed in Philippine pesos to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. phspain may require identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.

• You must complete any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met applicable requirements will result in the request being declined or delayed.

• phspain reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership or source-of-funds evidence — before releasing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals requested to a payment method that is no longer active or accessible may be delayed while alternative arrangements are confirmed.
• phspain will not process withdrawal requests to a third-party payment method or to a person other than the verified account holder.
• Suspected fraudulent withdrawal requests will be investigated and may be referred to relevant authorities. Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited in full.

5. Wagering Rules

All wagers placed through phspain are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering. Placing a wager constitutes your acceptance of the applicable rules.

• Wagers are binding once confirmed through the phspain bet slip or game interface. Accidental or erroneous wagers cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless phspain determines an error on the platform's part.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at phspain is subject to both the general wagering rules in Section 5 and the specific settlement conditions applicable to each sport and market type. Settlement conditions are displayed within the relevant market at the time of wagering.

• Pre-match and live sports wagers are subject to the price accepted at the time of confirmation, which may differ from the displayed price if market conditions change between selection and submission.
• Markets on postponed, abandoned or incomplete fixtures will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that market type. In many cases, wagers on events that do not reach completion within a stated period will be voided and stakes returned, but this depends on the market rules.
• Live betting prices move continuously during a fixture. phspain is not responsible for differences between prices displayed on external streams or data feeds and the prices shown in the phspain live market interface.
• Void bets arising from postponements or abandonment will have stakes returned. Settlement of partial results — such as half-time scores in a football match — depends on the specific market rules.
• phspain may suspend live markets at any time during a fixture. Suspended markets cannot accept new wagers until reinstated.
• All sports results are settled based on official result data from the relevant governing body or competent official source as determined by phspain.

7. Casino, Slots and Live Games

Casino games, slot titles and live dealer games available at phspain are provided by licensed game developers and studios. Each game is governed by its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

• Holding multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phspain platform — including but not limited to logos, game titles, graphics, text, interface design, software and data — is the property of phspain or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or create derivative works from any phspain content without prior written consent from phspain.
• You may not use any phspain branding, trade name or trademark in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or official connection without express written permission.
• Accessing phspain platform data through automated means, scrapers, bots or any method not provided by phspain for the purpose of data collection is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, phspain's liability to any player is limited as follows.

• Continued use of phspain following any amendment is confirmation that you accept the revised terms in full.
